Why Our Pricing Is Changing (and What It Means for You)

At ESTATE EXPOSURE, we’ve always believed that great real estate photography should do more than just document a space, it should help tell a story, attract the right buyers, and ultimately help you close faster and with confidence.

Over the past 9 years, we’ve been grateful to work with so many incredible clients. Your trust in us has allowed our business to grow, refine our process, and continually improve the quality of what we deliver.

As part of that commitment to quality, we want to share an important update.

A Small Adjustment, With a Purpose

Beginning March 17, 2026, we will be making a modest adjustment to our pricing.

This decision wasn’t made lightly. Like many small businesses, we’ve seen increases in the cost of equipment, travel, software, and the time required to maintain the level of quality you expect from us. Rather than cutting corners, we’ve chosen to continue investing in the tools and processes that ensure your listings stand out.

While pricing is changing, our core commitments are not:

  • Reliable scheduling and quick turnaround times

  • Consistent, high-quality images

  • Clear communication and dependable service

  • A focus on helping your listings perform at their best
