Our process allows us to use current furnishings and decor to virtually stage photos of vacant homes, producing exceptionally photorealistic staged images for clients.

*Unlimited Usage Rights - Images can be used an unlimited number of times by the Client after payment has been settled. There is no annual licensing fee for usage. This does not allow a transfer of Copyright ownership to the Client or allow resale of the Content to any third party(s). 

*Travel Cost - We include up to 30 miles of travel with each photoshoot. After 30 miles a fee of $0.50 per mile will be applied.
